Anthony Stone | Manager/Marketing Consultant, Creative Southern

Anthony Stone, a small town south GA native and alumni of Valdosta State University ignited his passion for the music industry while in college when he met his first artist client, Ben Wells. Anthony assisted Ben in signing with Average Joe’s Entertainment & helped secure his first publishing deal with Writerslist.

In 2020, Stone teamed up with producer & songwriter Alex Smith (formerly at TreeVibez) to help expand his services and in that same year managed the launch & release of Andrew Jannakos’ chart-topping single “Gone Too Soon” that debuted #1 on Billboard Country Digital Sales and #12 on Billboard Hot Country resulting in deals with Sony Music Nashville and Spirit Music Group. Stone’s creative contributions also extended to helping with the release of Lily Rose’s hit single “Villain”, which debuted impressively at #2 on Billboard Country Digital Sales in early 2021.

Always keeping a close eye on the music marketing landscape, social media and digital trends, Anthony is excited to continue to work alongside some of Country music’s best up and coming artists. Being named YEP Nashville’s 2022 “Biggest Goal Digger”, Stone’s journey from a small town in GA to the heart of Music City is a testament to his drive & passion to remain a positive influence in the music business.

Dane Schmidt | Manager, daschent

From zero to #1, this creative agency brings a tailored approach to every endeavor: strategic planning, efficient collaborations and a little calculated chaos mixed together form the building blocks of our creative community. Since launching in June of 2022, daschent™ has been a part of over a dozen #1 country songs, over 2.5 billion on demand streams and 2023’s ACM Event of the Year with HARDY & Lainey Wilson’s “Wait In The Truck.”

Kelsey McMahan Williams | Touring & Digital Media Management, Modern Management, LA

Kelsey is a nine-year music industry professional from Sonoma County, California. After graduating from Belmont University in 2012, Kelsey got to start at CAA Nashville as an agent assistant booking theater and arena acts for the country music department. (Tim McGraw, Lady A, Martina McBride, Dan + Shay, Lauren Alaina, Alabama, Brantley Gilbert, etc.)

Wanting a more creative, hands-on role in the development of artists, she moved into management and has spent the last six years as the Touring & Digital Media Director for Modern Management in Nashville. During her time here she has been an integral part of the careers of Josh Turner, Diamond Rio, Megan Davies, Mo Pitney, Jackie Castro, and producer/writer, Mark Siegel. In 2022, Kelsey moved to Los Angeles opening Modern Management’s first ever west coast office. Bidding for this meeting will end at 12:40 pm, Sun. Oct 1st.

 


Kristen Dowling11/10 Management/Red Light Management

Kristen graduated Belmont University in 2016 with an aptitude for Music Business. While still in college, she got her first job as the Creative Director for The Song Factory where she enjoyed the opportunity of being the publisher for Jon Pardi, Dustin Lynch, Ashley McBryde, Dillon Carmichael, and many others.

During her time there, she was credited for collaborations connecting Ashley McBryde with Jeremy Bussey that led to the Grammy nominated song and CMT Video of the Year “Girl Going Nowhere”. Having an eye for talent, she teamed two of her writers, Rob Crosby & Larry McCoy up with Luke Combs for 3 songs on Luke’s Certified Double Platinum Record “This One’s For You”.

In 2018, Kristen started her on management company, 11/10 Management, and partnered with Red Light Management. She manages country music artist, Mitchell Tenpenny. Mitchell broke back in 2019 with his debut single, “Drunk Me”, that ended up going number 1 and Triple Platinum. This past year they made history on Country radio. “At The End of a Bar” went number 1 and three weeks later “Truth About You” went number 1 beating out superstar Kenny Chesney for the title of fastest back to back number 1s in country radio history.

They have started 2023 off strong with kicking off their headlining tour “This Is The Heavy Tour” with dates all over the US, and are pushing Mitchell’s current single “We Got History” to Country radio. Mitchell is on tour this summer as direct support for Jason Aldean. In the past years kristen has been named Hits magazine “Next Wave Managers”, Nashville Briefing’s “30 under 30”, and NSAI made her aware that she is the youngest manager to ever get a number 1 in Country Music.

Matt Musacchio | Champ Management

Growing up in the small town of Canastota, NY, Matt knew at a very young age he wanted to work in the music business. As a digital native, he was an early adapter of social media platforms used as tools for artist discovery. While in high school, Matt connected with Jessie James Decker, who would eventually become his first management client, after hearing her demos on MySpace. Matt started working for her in various capacities while earning his BS and law degrees at Syracuse University.

During law school, Matt discovered teenage country band Temecula Road on Instagram, developing them from the ground up and helping them land a deal with Disney Music Group and Warner Music Nashville. After graduating from law school, he made the move to Nashville, TN and founded Champ Management in 2016. The same year, he managed the release of Jessie James Decker’s Southern Girl City Lights album, which debuted at number one on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart.

Always passionate about finding new artists, Champ Management’s most recent signing, Vincent Mason, is having a breakout year, landing on multiple “artists to watch” lists. With a roster of long term clients and fresh talent, Champ Management is looking forward to the future ahead dedicated to not only managing, but developing and elevating artists’ careers.

Megan McLaughlin | Black Diamond Management

Before jumping into writer/producer management, Megan spent her time in publishing at Kara DioGuardi’s Arthouse Entertainment. This Berklee College of Music grad worked across the roster with artists, writers and producers including Jon Bellion, Ingrid Andress, Pete Nappi, Feli Ferraro, Rabitt, Davin Kingston, Taylor Foley, Rowan Drake, and GAYLE, whose breakout hit “abcdefu” held the #1 spot at Top 40 radio for 3 simultaneous weeks.

She now sits as a manager at Black Diamond Artist Management, working with writers that boast hits from artists such as Halsey, Dove Cameron, Bella Poarch, Zara Larson, Hailee Steinfeld, 5 Seconds of Summer and more. During her time at Black Diamond, she helped put the session together which created “Boyfriend” by Dove Cameron which spent 24 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, peaking at #16.

Additionally, she has maintained her ties with GAYLE and serves as an A&R consultant, helping her build her repertoire as an artist as well as a songwriter.
