Jarrod Cooper | Co-Founder CmdShft

Hailing from Kentucky, Jarrod’s music industry career began in artist management in 2000. From there he moved to Aware Records where he participated in distribution and marketing efforts for artists such as John Mayer, Mat Kearney, Train, Five for Fighting, and numerous independent artists.

In 2007, Cooper relocated to New York and established a digital marketing agency, executing campaigns for both major label and independent artists. A few years later, he was sought out to assist in the 2010 launch and development of ONErpm; a digital distribution solution whose primary focus was on the Latin American market.

CmdShft is one of the most well-respected distributors for their honest and transparent approach, providing services for a variety of clients that has included RiFF RAFF, Morgan Wade, David Morris, CHASE WRIGHT, Spencer Crandall, Merkules, and many others.

Randall Foster |
 Chief Creative Officer, Symphonic Distribution

Randall sdays, “Do what you love and you’ll never “work” a day in your life.” Someone once said this to me and it really stuck. I’m a 4th generation music professional and proud to say that I love what I do. I look forward to getting up each day and going to work. Not many people can make that claim.

I am Chief Creative Officer of Symphonic Distribution and GM of our Nashville operation. Symphonic is a true 21st century music company. In this role, I am overseeing our music publishing, user-generated content, and sync operations as well as looking for fantastic independent artists and labels that need a team in their corner. We can be that team- soup to nuts. Prior to my current role it was my pleasure to head up Creative Sync & Licensing for ole’ music publishing. In that capacity I oversaw a vast catalog of music copyrights and intellectual property and managed the outside usage and licensing of those assets.

In addition to my work-life, I am a frequent speaker and lecturer at various universities covering topics ranging from general music business overview, music copyright, music technology, and licensing. Being the son and grandson of great educators, I find myself drawn back towards education at every turn.”

Randall will meet with you by Zoom. The meeting should be scheduled within one year at a time convenient for him. There is no guarantee of any outcome other than 30 minutes of his time. Bidding for this meeting will end at 12:32 pm, Sun. Oct 1st.
