Bennett Beckner
After graduating from Belmont University with a degree in business, Bennett began his career as an assistant at CAA in 2014. He was promoted to Agent in 2017. He is based in the Nashville office and represents many of the world’s leading musicians, including The Band CAMINO, Julia Michaels, MacKenzie Porter, Lukas Nelson, Needtobreathe, Jake Scott, Carter Faith, bilmuri and Hastings, among others.
Kylen Sharpe
After graduating from California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Microbiology, Kylen began her music career at APA Agency and joined CAA in 2010. Based in the Nashville office, she works with such artists as Tim McGraw, Jon Pardi, Kip Moore, Aaron Watson, Priscilla Block, Niko Moon, Tyler RIch, Kylie Morgan, Reid Haughton, Jordan Fletcher, Clayton Mullen and others. She is also responsible for booking fairs, festivals and rodeos throughout the mid-South for CAA’s entire country roster including Keith Urban, Zac Brown Band, Sam Hunt, Cody Johnson and others.
She is a longtime supporter and volunteer at Second Harvest and Whitsitt Elementary School She sits on the board (and serves as Vice Chair) at Monroe Harding and serves as a mentor, helping a young people transition out of the foster care system and in to adulthood. In 2015, Sharpe won the International Entertainment Buyers Association’s Rookie of the Year award. In 2018, she was featured as an “Agent to Watch” in Variety’s music issue.

Carrie Murphy | Booking Agent, WME
Carrie Murphy is a seasoned music industry veteran, with her tenure at WME – a global entertainment agency – spanning nearly two decades. Serving as Agent in their Nashville office, Murphy oversees the daily touring, television, and brand partnership opportunities for multiple artists, including Gabby Barrett, Ashley Cooke, Lily Rose, Catie Offerman and others. In addition to working with her robust roster, she also oversees identifying and securing fair, festival, and military engagement opportunities for music clients across all genres. Having a passion for discovering and developing talent, she spends time mentoring up-and-coming songwriters and artists on how to navigate the early days of their careers.
Outside of her role at WME, Murphy dedicates time to her alma mater Belmont University through serving on the Friends of the Arts Board, judging student showcases, guest lecturing and mentoring students throughout the school year. She also is heavily involved with multiple charities in the Nashville community, volunteering her time and efforts with Autism Speaks, Mother to Mother and Safe Haven Family Shelter.

Lauren Holland | Booking Agent, UTA
Lauren graduated from Greenville University in 2015 with her degree in Music Business. She began her career as a tour manager prior to joining the agency world, where she started at CAA as an assistant. In 2020 she joined United Talent Agency, one of the country’s largest agencies. and was promoted to agent in 2022. She works with UTA’s roster of country artists which includes Tyler Hubbard, Chris Janson, Parmalee, Bobby Bones, Dalton Dover and more, in addition to representing the Bacon Brothers, Charlotte Cardin, Graham Barham and Taylor Austin Dye, among others.

Marissa Smith is an agent in UTA’s booming music division. With a series of recent key accomplishments, Smith has solidified herself as a one-to-watch with a passion for discovering and nurturing exceptional artists. Smith’s roster includes artists such as GAYLE, JP Saxe, JVKE, Jaden Hossler, Amanda Shires, Fancy Hagood, Zandi Holup and more. With a dedication to creating positive change, Smith also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including She Is The Music, Tennessee Alliance for Kids, and as the Philanthropy Chair of UTA PROUD, the agency’s LGBTQIA+ inclusion group.
